At Mountain View, caring for one another extends beyond our residents. It includes the people who make our community what it is every day.

During Thanksgiving, one member of our team brought together several people to identify coworkers who could use a little extra support during the holiday season. Through that effort, five employee families received complete Thanksgiving meal baskets to enjoy together.

It was more than a holiday meal. It was a reminder that being part of a community means noticing when someone could use a helping hand and finding a way to show them they aren’t alone.
